Selecting Home Features

The feature list on the left side of the page allows you to narrow the list of homes.

1. Refresh to clear out all of your currently selected features and show ALL available homes for sale.

2. Feature category headers allow you to show and hide each set of feature selections. Once a feature is selected within a particular category, that set of features will remain open. Deselect all features or click Refresh to close a category.

3. Feature selections allow you to filter the list of homes shown in the results window. Clicking the checkbox in front of each feature automatically updates the result listing.

The number in red to the right of each feature indicates the total number of homes that will return after selecting that feature. A (0) means there are no homes with that combination of features.

4. If you have a VNH# for a particular home, you can type it in the search box and submit. The detail view for that home will appear in a new window.

Paging through results

1. Indicates the page number of the current result set. Select from the dropdown list to view other pages.

2. Change the results view by selecting between List View and Grid View. List view can be sorted by model name or price and provides thumnail views of each home when available. Grid View provides a more compact and sortable table of available homes.

3. Use this dropdown menu to change the number of homes that appear on each results page.
