Todd was born in St. Louis Missouri, but at a young age relocated with his family to central Arkansas where he was raised on Southern charm and hospitality. Never having met a stranger, he has always been a people person. His Grandpa Calvin’s almost famous quote was, “No goal is too ambitious for anyone willing to pray, work hard, and treat others with love and respect.” Todd strives to live up to that quote each and every day.

After attending the University of Arkansas (and becoming a life-long Razorback fan) he entered what was a 20-year-long career in the electric utility field as a non-destructive testing inspector, keeping electrical linemen safe across the country. But it was the birth of his son in 2014 that sparked a new fire in his heart that led him to consider a career change where he could be with his family.

In 2015, Todd’s mom lured he and his wife Kelly, and their son Easton to The Villages by offering Disney World tickets. After just a few golf car rides, they immediately fell in love with the community. On a wing and a prayer, they followed his mom to the Sunshine State and made their home in Oxford Oaks, a family neighborhood near The Villages. Not long after, Todd got his Florida real estate license and started his career at The Villages as a Guest Coordinator where he learned the joy of sharing our community offerings to those interested in visiting through a Lifestyle Preview visit. He then transitioned to the role of Lobby Host Captain at the Brownwood Sales Center where he was able to lead the team in welcoming, engaging and assisting visitors and soon-to-be homeowners. After gaining an expert’s knowledge of The Villages and witnessing countless moments of joy when new residents would leave with keys to their new homes, he knew it was time to take the next step and become a Sales Representative to play a larger part in making retirement dreams come true.

“The possibilities are endless here! I can’t wait to get to know my guests and share with them all the various ways they can tailor their days to live their best lives. My family knows firsthand how big the decision is to move across the country to a new community, so my goal is to help guests feel at ease by being patient and thorough in answering questions and sharing insights on all that our incredible community has to offer!” 

When Todd isn’t helping make dreams come true, or hanging out with his family, he will most likely be found on the golf course or watching St. Louis Cardinals baseball.
