Pat was born in Brooklyn in the late 1950’s to an Irish immigrant mother with a 4th grade education. His Dad, a 1st generation Irish American, who had recently returned from his time in Korea serving in the army, worked as a supervisor on computers for Western Electric.

Brooklyn was a melting pot of many immigrants from all parts of the world, all in search of their vision of the American dream.

Pat learned firsthand about the hard work ethic as he witnessed all cultures being diligent to achieve their personal goals, putting in long hours and sacrifice to see their dreams come to fruition.

Shortly after graduating high school, Pat married the most beautiful girl he had ever laid eyes on! He met her at the local hamburger shop, asked her out and married her exactly 10 months to the day of their first date.

Pat developed good people skills while working in the construction service industry, learning to meet the needs of others and developed a passion for meeting people’s needs while being a problem solver. He excelled in both trade skills, as well as a keen sales ability, earning him national recognition in the construction industry hall of fame association.

When not engaged in sales, Pat and Cathy, his wife of over 47 years, have done volunteer work in Latin America. From the streets of war-torn El Salvador to the Jungles of Belize Pat, Cathy and their 9 children have had opportunities to serve people in ways that most people could never imagine.

Pat has recently joined the team at Property of The Villages where he gets a chance to again help people at the next stage of life achieve their personal dreams and visions. Pat says this is a great opportunity to once again experience the diverse culture of humanity and make lots of new friends.

When Pat is not occupied with his 32 grandchildren, he enjoys martial arts,

scuba diving and traveling with the most beautiful girl he ever laid his eyes on.
