Matthew has proudly worked as a professional in The Villages since 2010. His path to a career in real estate began after working in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer specializing in functional mobility and golf conditioning. Driven by a passion for helping others, Matthew took his expertise nationwide, working as a consultant for gyms, leading seminars and promoting group exercise programs. During this journey, he met and fell in love with his now-wife, Katie Keith.

In 2017, Matthew and Katie transitioned from consulting and personal training to becoming Sales Representatives for The Villages, a community they both cherish. Their passion for helping others make life-enhancing changes has flourished in their new roles, enabling them to positively impact many lives throughout the community. As Matthew often says, “It’s been a blessing to be part of something so much bigger than myself.”

As a devoted husband and father to two boys, Tucker and Benjamin, Matthew looks forward to forging meaningful and lasting relationships with everyone he has the pleasure of working with.
