Mary Berger holds Real Estate licenses in both Florida and Texas. She is originally from Dallas, Texas where she practiced real estate for over 20 years. Mary is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University, where she was a student leader and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. She also obtained certification in paralegal studies from the National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta, Georgia and worked as a litigation paralegal at several law firms as well as a corporate legal department.

Mary is married to her wonderful husband Dohn and they have 2 adult children. Mary loved being a mother and enjoyed spending time with her precious children and supporting them in their education and extracurricular activities. Additionally, Mary was an avid volunteer with many organizations including: PTA (Lifetime Member); Junior League of Dallas serving as VP of Membership; HOA Board; and various Booster Clubs. With the children grown and living their own lives, Dohn and Mary decided to make their dream of moving to Florida a reality and in 2022 they purchased a home in the Village of Richmond and became official Villagers!

Mary joined the real estate team at Properties of the Villages so that she could help others find their dream homes and start living their best lives here in The Villages, just as she has done. Due to her years of experience in real estate sales, Mary has the knowledge and skills necessary to help others achieve their real estate goals.
