Kate comes from a diverse background in the law and academia. She graduated from Bay Path University and Western New England University Law School. She spent many years working as in-house counsel for an international investment firm before opening her own practice. Her practice primarily concentrated on representing small business owners in various legal matters. She also spent many years teaching contract and business law at her alma mater.

Kate is a current resident of The Village of Marsh Bend and is proud to call The Villages home. Shortly after moving to The Villages from Massachusetts and experiencing The Villages Lifestyle, she knew that she was ready for a new chapter in her career and began her transition into her current position as a Sales Representative.

Kate brings professionalism to her business practices and passion for the people she serves. She measures her success as a sales representative not by the number of homes sold, but by the satisfaction of her clients. Because she invests so much of herself in her clients, her clients eventually become her friends, and her friends always become her family.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending her time with the love of her life – her husband Garry. They enjoy dining out, going to shows, taking road trips, going to Walt Disney World, or just spending quiet nights at home. More than anything, they look forward to spending time with their six children, eight grandchildren and extended family.
