Joy Eason has a deep routed history with The Villages®. Having been raised in the area she takes immense pride and enjoyment in serving the community she calls “home”. When Joy isn’t spending time with others making their dreams come true, you can find her spending time with her son, Drew. Together they love to take boat rides on Lake Weir, watch football, play outside, and read books. Both Joy and Drew are active volunteers with The Special Olympics. Joy feels, “It’s a way to serve others while building an unbreakable bond with her son.” Another passion in Joy’s life is her faith and volunteering at her Church in the youth ministry.

Before joining the Sales & Marketing Representative Team, Joy was the Program Director at Camp Geneva in Fruitland Park, FL. It was there where she learned the lesson of building relationships and attributes those relationship building lessons to her success with Properties of The Villages®.
