Josue has called Florida home for nearly his entire life. Originally from Puerto Rico, he moved to Ocala, Florida, at just four years old—right next door to The Villages. From the moment his family first visited Spanish Springs (Josue was 6 years old!), Josue’s roots in the community began to grow deep.

An athlete at heart, Josue spent his early years playing sports and even went on to play college football in a small school in North Carolina. But after some time, he felt called back to Florida to pursue a different path—one that would allow him to connect with people and make a lasting impact.

After gaining valuable experience in various sales roles, Josue discovered his true passion in 2019: Real Estate. Since then, he’s helped hundreds of families find their dream homes and now he has made it his mission to help others experience the joy of becoming Villagers.

Guided by his faith, Josue believes deeply in service, kindness, and making the most out of every moment. His purpose is simple—to serve others the same way others have helped him along his journey. For Josue, real estate isn’t just a career; it’s a calling rooted in community, connection, and care.
