Jonalyn was only nine years old when her family immigrated to America from Manila, Philippines. The northern suburbs of Chicago is where Jonalyn called home until she relocated to Orlando, Florida in the early 1990’s to raise her family. After being a stay-at-home mom until both her children graduated from college, Jonalyn started her own business as an Interior Design Specialist to fulfill her desire to help others create a beautiful place to live in. Later, by utilizing her degree in Accounting from DePaul University, she then went on to help small businesses create and maintain their accounting systems.

After receiving a life-changing diagnosis, Jonalyn decided, as a breast cancer survivor, that it was time to finally pursue her lifelong goals and to live the life she was meant to live. One of those goals was to get her real estate license which she finally received in 2020, right in the middle of the pandemic. Now, as a Licensed Sales Representative of The Properties of The Villages, she will use her education, experience and expertise to help people live the life they planned for and worked so hard to achieve.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, whether in Chicago, Colorado, New York or Orlando. “My family is my most treasured gift and I consider myself blessed to have them in my life!”

Now that she landed her dream job, she can’t wait to one day, finally call The Villages “home”. With her strong work ethics, discipline, integrity, unwavering faith, a genuine love for people and belief that all things work for good, she is looking forward to serving our community by being your trusted advisor for your home buying and selling needs.
