John was born and raised in Virginia, which is where he met his wife and high school sweetheart, Jennifer. Together they have built a loving marriage of more than 30 years and are the proud parents of two children and grandparents to two grandchildren. Faith and education have played an important role in their family’s journey, with John, his wife, and both of their children all graduating from Liberty University.

John enjoys golfing, sport shooting, traveling with his wife, and participating in improv comedy. Most importantly, he treasures time spent with family and values every opportunity to create lasting memories with the people he loves.

Throughout his life and career, John has been driven by a passion for serving others, whether through ministry, leadership, or community involvement. His background reflects a unique blend of compassion, integrity, technical expertise, and a genuine commitment to helping people.

John brings more than 26 years of professional experience in ministry, operations, and quality management. He spent eight years serving in ministry, where he worked closely with youth by providing mentorship, guidance, and support while helping young people develop confidence, character, and purpose. His time in ministry strengthened his ability to listen, connect with others, and guide people through important life moments with care and understanding.

Following his ministry work, John spent 18 years with DuPont, where he served in several leadership and technical roles, including Operations Lead and Quality Manager. During his career there, he developed extensive expertise in operations management, process improvement, and team leadership. He earned a reputation for professionalism, reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

After his children were grown, John and his wife chose to make The Villages their home, embracing the vibrant lifestyle, strong sense of community, and opportunities to build meaningful friendships and memories. Today, John brings the same heart for service and dedication to excellence into real estate. He is committed to providing exceptional customer service, truly listening to his customers’ needs, and helping them navigate every step of the buying or selling process with confidence and ease.
