Jim comes to our sales team with more than 25 years of real estate experience helping customers realize their dreams of home ownership.

Jim is originally from Michigan where he became a union electrician after college where he worked for almost 20 years. Jim began his real estate career in 1998 and worked both careers until his passion for real estate and helping others simply became the true direction. Jim’s attention to customer service and going the extra mile for his clients was echoed through repeated referrals from customers he had helped achieve homeownership. After gaining his broker’s license and growing a successful team, Jim was asked to speak at several national events and help mentor other agents in client first focus. Jim also has been very active in the investment home side of real estate by owning as many as 9 rental homes in Michigan and upwards of 4 investment homes here in The Villages. Jim truly believes that success is measured not by wealth or the amount of homes you sell, but instead by the smiles that come alive when people realize their dreams.

Jim first came to The Villages in 2014 while his parents were staying in a time share for a few weeks. During the visit, his parents mentioned they wanted to take a drive to The Villages to explore since they had heard so many positive things and really wanted to see it for themselves. Jim agreed to drive with them to see what potentially might be a place of interest for himself, albeit a few years down the road though? Upon arrival to The Villages, he and his parents were simply in awe over the pristine grounds, the golf cars at every venue, and the overall beauty everywhere they went. After having lunch and talking with residents, they all decided to talk with a Villages Sales Representative for additional information and a tour. After only a few months he found himself owning a brand-new home and not long afterward, decided to make it his permanent home and join our team!! He looks forward to helping others find their dream home in this incredible community, The Villages!!
