Jay’s journey to The Villages Family was inspired by his parents’ retirement to this wonderful community. Originally from Atlanta, Jay found himself drawn to The Villages’ charm and close-knit atmosphere.

Jay holds a degree in both Marketing and Public Relations. He spent time in college as a restaurant general manager, and worked in the film industry after graduating. His desire to work with people always shined through, even though something was missing. That something turned out to be the amazing Villages family.

Growing up, Jay spent most of his free time traveling across the country for tennis tournaments before switching to golf in high school where he earned a college scholarship. Whenever at home, he would typically spend time with one of the family’s many rescue animals, something Jay still takes part in today, currently sharing his home with a rescue dog named Coby.

Jay believes The Villages truly is the friendliest hometown and came here with the mission to give that gift to as many people as possible, hoping more people can enjoy the dream he’s watched his parents live.
