Janice has been working for Properties of the Villages for the past 17 years. A Florida native, she was born and raised in Miami, Florida. Janice has 31 years of experience with in the real estate profession.

Janice has been married to her husband Bill for 33 years. Bill performs at The Villages Oktoberfest with his band, The Swinging Bavarians. She and Bill have three children Bill, Krissy and Katrina. Billy, the oldest, is an electrical engineer and plays saxophone in his father’s band. Krissy sings with her dad’s band and is a real estate broker in Orlando. She is married to Starr who is a project management engineer. Katrina, the youngest, works in events with Parady Financial in The Villages and plays trumpet in the band. Janice and her family are enjoying the new light of their life, their first granddaughter, Lily.

In her free time Janice enjoys dancing on the squares, going to the movies, and eating at all the fine restaurants of The Villages. One of her favorite things to do, however is participate in the Oktoberfest events with her family as the performers. Janice is also a big fan of traveling. She has been to Germany, Puerto Rico, Colorado and the US Virgin Islands.

Janice has been awarded for Sales excellence over the years. Her expertise is in Pre-owned homes, staging homes and she loves to work in adult communities like The Villages.
