Hayden is a proud seventh-generation Sumter County native. Her roots run deep in the community she’s always been proud to call home. Growing up in the heart of Florida, she learned early that life’s greatest treasures aren’t things, they’re the memories made with family, friends, and the people who become family along the way.

Family is at the center of Hayden’s life. Before becoming a Sales Representative for The Villages, Hayden built her career in interior design and hospitality while helping open and operate her family’s local restaurant, The Grove Roadside Deli, in Sumterville. Working alongside those closest to her, she discovered a passion for serving others, building genuine relationships, and welcoming new faces into the community that has given so much to her family for generations.
