These were the words Ellimay read each day at her retail job for years. As time moved on, she began to internalize these words more and more each day until one day she understood them differently. Ellimay realized she could continue serving her clients for only a brief portion of their days, barely getting to truly know them, or she could submit to God’s will for her life. Ellimay knew that she wanted a career where she could build lasting relationships with her clients and get to know them on a personal level.

Ellimay was drawn to The Villages after her good friend told her about it. After visiting in the spring of 2023, she knew in her heart that she wanted to be a part of The Properties of The Villages. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Public History from North Dakota State University, she was drawn to The Villages because of its rich history and thriving community.

She was born in Carolina, Puerto Rico and moved around a lot during her youth, which helped develop her appetite for curiosity and education. Ellimay believes it is vital to understand the world around her to better serve her community. She is passionate about learning through films, exploring her local neighborhoods, and spending time with family and friends.
