Since 1981, my career has been rooted in the residential construction industry. I’ve owned and operated heating and air conditioning companies in both Massachusetts and Florida, and I’ve built homes from the ground up. My passion for real estate led me to obtain my license to sell the homes I constructed, giving me a well-rounded perspective on both building and selling.
Originally from Massachusetts, I moved to Florida in 2001 with my wife and two children, settling in Port St. Lucie for 23 years. During that time, we enjoyed extensive RV travels, which ultimately led us to discover and fall in love with The Villages. In April 2024, we made the exciting decision to relocate and immerse ourselves in this vibrant community.
Now, as a Sales Associate at Properties of The Villages, I’m thrilled to combine my extensive construction and real estate experience with my passion for this one-of-a-kind lifestyle.
