Originally from Springfield, Massachusetts, Robert Shaffer has lived in Florida since 1977. He started playing golf with his grandfather at the age of eight. He has been a PGA member since 2011 and has been with The Villages since 2011. Rob says the best part of his job is having the opportunity to actively participate in the growth of our amazing community here in The Villages. His tip for playing Havana Country Club like a pro is to choose a teeing ground that allows you to hit the greens in regulation as it will lower your scores and offer an enjoyable experience.
