Two things Villagers enjoy are staying fit and having fun. Our special exercise classes allow you to do both. Try yoga, the hottest trend in exercise today, or get moving in a stretch and tone or low impact aerobics class. If you'd like a good workout, but you're not in to running, power walking is very popular here, and we've got some beautiful places for you to try.
