3 easy steps to find The Villages Airport Shuttle at the Orlando International Airport

Step 1

Go to your baggage claim area and pick up your luggage.

Step 2

Take the elevator located at your baggage claim area down to level 1 " Ground Transportation".

Step 3

Look for our shuttle at the designated signs posted along the curb.
For B Terminal, go to B-15 or B-16. For A Terminal, go to A-15 or A-16.

Shuttle Arrival Information

In accordance with the strictly enforced rules and regulation of Orlando International Airport we can NO longer wait for passenger on delayed flights. You MUST be at your designated scheduled shuttle ON TIME.

Shuttle Departure Information

All passengers must arrive at their scheduled departure station at least 15 minutes prior to shuttle departure time. In consideration to all passengers the shuttle can NOT wait for late arrivals.

Parking Information

The parking areas located at Spanish Springs Station or Lake Sumter Station ARE NOT secured or monitored. Therefore, The Villages is not responsible for damage or theft to any vehicle or property left overnight or long term.

Service Fees

Village Resident and Resident Guests
Staying within the Villages	$35.00 per person, each way
Renters	$35.00 per person, each way
Renter's Guests	$45.00 per person, each way
Non-Residents	$45.00 per person, each way

Please note: Driver gratuity is not included, although it is accepted and very much appreciated.

Additional Fees

Golf Bags	$5.00 per golf bag, per person, each way
Pet Carriers	$10.00 per carrier, each way
note: all pets must be kept in carriers at all times. small pets only, per management approval.
Excess Luggage	$5.00 per bag, over the limit
Each passenger is allowed 3 pieces of luggage. Any additional luggage will incur a charge.

Accommodations For Children

All Children under the age of 4 must be in a child safety seat/car seat.
Passengers must supply the child safety seat.

Taxi Service

For residents who are departing from, or arriving at, Spanish Springs or Lake Sumter Landing station, we offer the convenience of The Villages Taxi Service.

Rates: $2.50 for initial pick-up & $1.50 per mile
